By using CMM, blue light, handheld laser scanner etc. the quality control team check dies from the casting arrive, and as well as the parts at FPG, NPG and buyoff stages. Meanwhile, the light room does the surface check for skin panels.
The quality control team will follow the CNC, bench work, tryout and buyoff progresses to guarantee the dies and panels quality meet customers requirement.
